Introspective Breathwork Therapy Sessions and what to expect.

I invite you to a 60-minute Introspective Breathwork Therapy (IBT) session.
IBT helps you reconnect deeply with senses, developing a sense of safety and clarity within.

A typical 1 Hour unmodified IBT session goes something like this:

30 minutes of breathwork to release tension, by turning off the thinking mind to cultivate a deep inner awareness

30 minutes for meditation, journaling, sharing, and integration to solidify your experience and insights.

Please come prepared with any necessary medication, such as an inhaler, in case of complications as outlined in the contraindications. For a more immersive experience, I suggest bringing headphones and any comfort items, such as blankets, pillows, pets, snacks, drinks, or aromas.
